The best way to contact us is by email. We reply within 36 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please send your email to email@merlinlibrary.com with Help in the subject field for general enquires and Queries Regarding My Order in the subject field for anything related to an order.

Most queries can be sorted by email however we can call you if you send us a contact number and or the order reference number in your email.

Four working days from date of the online order, orders with the delivery option will be called to agree on a delivery day.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. Whilst we try our best our best to meet these, situations beyond our control may arise.

Pick up orders will receive an email to inform the client to collect their order.

If a textbook or past paper is out-of-print, this means the publisher will not reprint the title. Therefore, out of print textbooks will not be supplied or recorded.

Titles that are not in stock at the time of your order, but which will become available before the start of school term, can be recorded. This is usually due to the publisher reprinting the textbook. You will receive an automated email when your recorded orders are received. These recorded orders could arrive at different times, as they may be from different publishers and different countries. We regret we are unable to record any orders for Matsec Past Papers.

Select Education Level, Select School, Select Grade, Deselect Textbooks and Covers not needed. Click on 'CheckOut'. Click on 'Request Quote’ and click on 'Confirm'. You will receive an automated email with your order confirmation within minutes.

Once you have your shopping cart on your screen, you can select 'Continue Shopping' and when you return to your shopping cart select 'Order'.

Payment is by credit card at check out.

Since May 1st, 2004, VAT of 5% is payable on all printed matter including textbooks. Our invoices and cash sales are compliant with VAT legislation. The company has been granted an exemption number No–EX0831 as indicated on the invoice itself from issuing VAT Department receipts.

Retail prices that include VAT at 5% are clearly listed on our invoices and cash sales and we offer customers up to 17% discount off the retail price of most textbooks. Merlin Library offer a price match guarantee* meaning we will match any bona fide local textbook price. This price match guarantee ensures that parents can have their minds at rest when purchasing their textbooks from Merlin Library.

We deliver to the address of your choice in Malta & Gozo, free of charge on orders of more than €25.

Deliveries to addresses in Malta - four working days after placing your order you will be contacted to agree on a convenient delivery date.

Deliveries to addresses in Gozo - four working days after placing your order you will be contacted to inform you of a date when we will be coming to Gozo with deliveries to see if the date is suitable for you.
