Helena Gomm

Helena Gomm started her teaching career in Japan where she worked for six years, teaching first in a high school and then in a junior college in Nagasaki. Helena has also taught in the UK and worked as an editor and publisher for a leading publishing company for many years. She is now a freelance editor and writer of ELT materials and performs in her local theatre group. She has written several ti tles for Macmillan including teacher's material for the In Company series and has also written for Longman, Langenscheidt and Orient Blackswan. Helena Gomm has been editor of English Teaching professional since 2001, taking over the editorship from Susan Norman.
