Delivery

We offer a delivery service, free of charge for orders over €25. We can deliver your textbooks to an address of your choice in Malta and Gozo. A Merlin Library representative will call you to agree on a date and time, AM or PM, for delivery, up to four working days after the online order is made.
As our deliveries to Gozo are not frequent, we will call you to inform you of the date we intend to go to Gozo to confirm that this is convenient.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates. Whilst we try our best to meet these, situations beyond our control may arise.

If you need to return a textbook/s, please take them to Merlin Library in Mountbatten Street, Blata l-Bajda. All textbooks must have been purchased from Merlin Library and must be returned within a two week period from the date of purchase. Textbooks must be returned undamaged with proof of purchase in the form of your original cash sale or invoice.

Pick up

Once you place an online order and select pick up then your books will be reserved and will be ready for collection within four working days. You will receive an automated email from Merlin Library to advise you when your textbooks are ready for pick up.

Pick up points

Merlin Library
o Mountbatten Street, Blata l-Bajda – opening hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm Saturday 9.30am to 1pm. On arrival at our Blata l-Bajda bookshop, kindly proceed to the first floor, where your textbooks will be ready for collection.
o Bisazza Street, Sliema – opening hours Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm

Audio Visual centre Ltd
o 1 Shanti Court, Edgar Bernard Street, Gzira – opening hours Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm
