Fran Warde trained as a professional chef and cooked all over the world. Back in Britain she ran a successful restaurant and catering business, before setting up her own cookery school. Fran was Food Editor of Red magazine for five years and now contributes to a number of publications including Olive, The Times Magazine, BBC Good Food and Waitrose Food Illustrated.
