He is a triple world champion and often cited as being the inspiration behind Britain's current crop of cycling champions. His company, Boardman Bikes, is a hugely successful business, with an ethos to take cycl e design to the next stage. Co-author Chris Sidwells is a best-selling author, journalist, photographer and broadcaster. He has written over 20 books on cycling and cycle sport including Tour Climbs, The Complete Bike Book, and most recently, Le Tour 100. His A Race for Madmen is a bestseller in several countries. Chris's writing and photographs also feature in Cycle Sport, Cycling Weekly and GQ amongst others.
